International Trials 2007
The first weekend of trials was held at Gwent Bridge Academy on 29-30 September. Eight pairs played as four teams.

The selectors announced that Patrick Jourdain & Tony Ratcliff, Peter Goodman & Adrian Thomas, Mike Tedd & John Salisbury, Liam Sheridan & Gwyneth Dew, Gwynn Davis & Sue Ingham will join three exempted pairs (Patrick Shields & Paul Denning, Gary & Dafydd Jones, Mark Roderick & Mike Best) for the second trials weekend on 20/21 October at Cardiff Bridge Club. Jill Casey & Diane Kurbalija are reserves in case any of these eight cannot play. Filip Kurbalija & Tim Rees have been exempted from both weekends' trials.
