Competitions

The general rules and regulations for all WBU Competitions, the entry fees and how to contact people who can help with rulings and appeals can be found in the WBU Competition Journal 2014-15, which may be read online here.

Detailed rules and arrangements for individual competitions can also be found in the Journal.

Entries for many events, as indicated, should be made to the National Tournament Organiser (NTO), Jean Hand. Other entry, selection or invitation arrangements are explained in the table.

Old results

I (Mike Tedd) have been trying to put together everything I can about the past winners of WBU competitions. Most of this data comes from the annual WBU Journal, and I am indebted to my late mother-in-law, Mrs Margaret Davies of Aberystwyth, who was able to lend me a full set of Journals from 1969 on. Roy Griffin kindly added data from the 1960s.

You can see a large table of all this data in PDF form here. I would greatly appreciate it if you could point out all the inevitable errors, and fill in the gaps. Results earlier than 1960 would be particularly valuable! See the Contacts page for my address etc.

WBU Teams Leagues
